For my research project I had a tough time picking an engaging topic to blog about. I had various ideas but couldn't seem to narrow it down or simply create a question on that topic. I finally decided to do my project on fashion, but what about fashion? Theres many things that involve fashion. I researched plenty of things about fashion and one question came to mind while reading the information I had found.
Why does fashion affect social behavior? Many people seem to know a lot about a person just by seeing what they are wearing. I want to research and learn more about how a person dresses affects the way people look at them. Is it just stereotyping? Or is it a way the mind works? Why would the way someone dresses affect their behavior or the way someone sees them?
For the next few weeks I will try my best to find interesting information on how the everyday clothes we wear define who people think we are. Hopefully you will be able to find an interest in this topic.
I think your topic is an outlook many people haven't truly overlooked. Many would be surprised that people get bullied just because their attire isn't the appropriate brand for peers around. Fashion is suppose to be how you express yourself, not something to conform in.
